Regional Victoria is the poor cousin

Regional Victoria comprises 25% of Victoria population , but receives only 12% of Victorian infrastructure spending.
Country Victorians are not only having the industries that their livelihoods depend on suppressed, they are also being short paid in public expenditure.
As with the suppression of the irrigation and forestry industries, this relative lack of spending is a symptom of the political domination of the State by its urban population.
Riverina State formation is the only satisfactory solution to the economic and financial degradation of country Victoria.
