North Queensland State Group Displays Political Disenfranchisement in Queensland.
Boot Brisbane (the North Queensland State Group) pointing out the increasing concentration of population, politicians and political power into Brisbane in Queensland. This is the same as what is happening in Newcastle, Sydney and Wollongong in NSW.
The people in the areas outside the Brisbane metropolitan area are effectively disenfranchised politically in Queensland, the same as are the people in The Riverina in NSW.
The legislation and governance emitting from Newcastle, Sydney and Wollongong is detrimental to the people in The Riverina, yet the people in The Riverina are powerless to do anything about it.
The only solution is to form a Riverina State, separate from the urban, green politics of NSW.
