Hay Shire Population Declines by 30% Since 1966

My letter printed in The Riverine Grazier (Hay) 14/9/22. Hay Shire’s population has declined by 30% since 1966 according to the 1966 and 2016 census. This is a disaster! I am confident other shires will show similar declines. Only a Riverina State can save the people in The Riverina.
