506 Victorian Riverina State Group Members. Enough to register as a Party in Victoria

As at 9/3/25 The Riverina State Group has 506 members in Victoria. This passes the minimum membership requirement of 500 members to register as a Party in Victoria and stand candidates in Victorian State elections under the name The Riverina State.

This is a great accomplishment!

Immediately, more Victorian members will be sought until membership is approximately 530 members to allow for the electoral commission considering some members ineligible, and then Victorian Party registration will be sought.

The support for a Riverina State formation in Victoria, specifically the irrigation areas north of The Great Dividing Range, was not initially known, but since the people in both the NSW Riverina and northern Victoria have been similarly abused by their respective governments, it is not unexpected, and has been proven in practise.

This is great progress toward State formation.
